DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We currently only offer shipping throughout Auckland, both urban and rural. We are currently working on expanding this throughout New Zealand so that we can reach more of you. After this, we will then do our best to expand this further to offer international shipping. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We offer shipping throughout Auckland, both in urban and rural addresses. Shipping is expected to take between 3-6 days but due to circumstances outside of our hands, we cannot ensure that it will arrive at this time. If you need our candles before a specific date we recommend that you make sure to order over a week in advance to be safe.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are dissatisfied with our candles in any way please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible with your options. We do not offer refunds with exceptions for circumstances where our products to not meet our expectations.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE FIRE SFATEY OF THE COCONUT SHELLS?
Coconut shells are not highly flammable due to their natural composition as well as the treatments that we have done to further ensure their safety. There is a risk, however, as there is with any candle so please use our product responsibly. To accompany our candles, we will include a small card with fire safety information on it that we strongly advise you to read before fighting your coconut candle.
